Baroness
Baroness is a metal band from Savannah, Georgia, whose members grew up together in Lexington, Virginia. Baroness formed in the summer of 2003, founded by former members of the punk / metal band Johnny Welfare And The Paychecks. The band has completed three US-tours, tours in Canada and the UK, a 6-week tour across Europe with Torche, and a number of festivals and showcases. Baroness has remained silent about the origins of their name.
