Downslide
An eclectic, electric mix of Hip-Hop, Metal and Funk. Blending these styles with rapped-sung-screamed vocals, heavily rhythmic and melodic guitar playing and perfectly timed sections of drums and bass.
The four have been compared to such artists as System Of A Down, Linkin Park, Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers and KoRn. But described as having stronger vocalisation, catchier riffs, a more diverse array of drumming and a twisted Funk element that'll keep you moving till it literally hurts!
Downslide have a very unique take on Metal with some of their songs having heavy "Mudvayne-like" sections only to fall into a much more thoughtful lyrical display of sorrow, anger and confussion. All laced with a little tounge-in-cheek just to help the medicine go down.
