Hailed by worldwide rock fans and Media critics alike, NGS capture the reason why, in their debut album “Crash Course In Rock n Roll”. Layed down in a record 4 DAYS! with Grammy Award Nominated Producer Alan Smyth (Arctic Monkeys/ Pulp). Relentless touring with many home grown and international acts has led to the band playing sold out shows at London’s Mean Fiddler and Nottingham Rock City, and a triumphant set at the Pentrich Annual Rock and Blues Festival, to hundreds of Rock fans.
With the bands'debut album released in Sept 2007, NGS are attracting worldwide attention, seeing distribution and sales in countries such as Japan, Finland, Spain, Italy and the USA. Kerrang! Magazine awarding a KKKKK review, and naming them “Serious hope for British rock!’ alongside ‘amped up and turbocharged, with cooler than thou stage presence, superb sound and an ever growing fan base.”
New Generation Superstars were one of the bands chosen from a 500 strong worldwide competition by Classic Rock Magazine, to feature on the "Sons of Guns 2" cover CD, and alikened them to "Vintage Guns 'n' Roses, with the melodies of The Wildhearts" and also "Ones to watch out for!"(Sleazegrinder, June 2007). Features in Sandman Magazine have also showered the band with praise claiming that “New Generation Superstars are not only hitting the radar, but smashing it into a thousand pieces.”
Wildside Promotions have also acknowledged that the band “are causing a major stir; absolutely no-one in the UK does it better than these guys!”
