Take The Seven
Take The Seven are a five-piece rock band based in Chesterfield, North Derbyshire. Formed in May 2006, the past two years have acted as a transition period enabling the band to create a distinctive style, sound and show.
In a relatively short space of time the band have recorded two demo CDs, firstly in 2007 with Dave Cretfield (Kaiser Chiefs, Embrace) and most recently in early 2008, when the band went into the studio to produce ‘Johnny Soldier’ with John Mitchell (Funeral For A Friend, Enter Shikari). The experiences have helped the band greatly, providing invaluable insights into developing their music. Through hard work and lengthy practice sessions, the band have since been able build upon such experiences and have progressed in their song-writing abilities.
