SBSquared presents: The Apparitioners

+ Dirty Water + Mad Haven + Those Who Knew + Soulprint

A five piece Pop Rock band from Chesterfield. They have just started creating their own music (which can be found on  Soundcloud), but also best seen live, see you there.

Dirty Water are a 4-Piece alternative/grunge band from Sheffield, consisting of Hal Peacock, Joe Kiggins, Nick Harris and Jack Warburton. Their sound is a blend of angst-filled lyrics, robust rhythms and piercing guitar licks.

Mad Haven’ are a three piece original material rock band.  They consist of Tom Rogowski (Guitar &Vox), Joe Fisher (Bass Guitar), Alex Rogowski (Drums & backing vox) &. 
The band are 14, 15 & 16 years old respectively.
They have been together since 2011, having played the local rock circuit on a regular basis.
During the summer of last year, they supported Swedish Rock Group ‘Bonafide’, who in turn have supported the likes of ‘Deep Purple’, ‘Status Quo’ and ‘The Quireboys’.
‘Mad Haven’ got through to the second stage of ITV’s ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, in November of last year; having impressed the show’s producers.
Since then, the band have played gigs in their own right, as well as opening up for many bands, including ‘Four Wheel Drive’ and, both locally and @ Bootleggers Bar Music Venue in Kendal in February, ‘The Amorettes’.
More recently, they have auditioned to take part in a new TV series called ‘Thunder Valley Rocks’, where they performed four of their own songs for the opportunity to play at a massive music festival, in addition to receiving feedback from some long-established musicians within the music industry.

Those Who Knew are a 5 piece rock band from Debryshire. They cover a range of styles in the alternative rock genre in a mixture of classic covers and some powerful originals.

A four piece Indie/Alternative band from South Yorkshire, taking influence from all the right people; though more specifically: Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand, and The Smiths. Their sound focuses on melodic guitars and danceable bass lines, but with a rough, DIY edge to it.
